Delete Your Account

Your Chef Amí account is yours. Here's exactly how to delete it and what happens to your data.

You can delete your Chef Amí account and its associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us. There is no charge and no need to contact support first.

1 How to delete your account

Option A — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Chef Amí app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted right away.

Option B — By email

Email hello@mychefami.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Note: deleting your Chef Amí account does not cancel a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
